PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY ITEMS.
Payment:
We accept Paypal, Cheques (UK only) & Bankers drafts made out in Pounds Sterling. If you are planning on paying with a Cheque or Bankers draft please E-mail us with your order
& we will send you an invoice.

Postage:
All postal prices added in Paypal are for the UK only so please E-mail us for European and international postage prices.
We do not currently send ceramic bowls outside of Europe.
All purchases through Paypal will be posted within three working day.
Our postage within the UK is 1st class & may take up to 1 week.
International is sent by Airmail & could take between 1 to 4 weeks.
All purchases made by cheque or bankers draft will be posted when cleared which may take
between 5 and 7 working days.
If you require postal insurance, special delivery or any other postal services please contact us for extra pricing & details.

Availability:
All items subject to availability & occasionally may sell out before they can be marked out of stock.
If this occurs we will contact you with a stock arrival date or you may choose to receive a refund
on the out of stock item.
Some products shown in CheekyTiki's online store are made to order and will state delivery time in there listing.

Returns Policy:
Cheekytiki sells only quality items. If you are unhappy with any item, send it back to Cheekytiki within 30days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or refund.
Some items may not look exactly as seen on Cheekytiki.com as many are hand made & differ slightly in colour & size.
We take extra care in packing items as some are fragile, but if your item arrives damaged
please contact us within 24hrs of receiving it.
We will arrange for that damaged item to be sent back to us & upon its arrival we will send you
another of the same item.
