TIKI! These days this has become a way of life for me that permanently took ist place in my life.
The fever catched me 5 years ago when I first got my hands on
Sven Kirsten’s „Book of Tiki“.
I read through this bible over and over again, like you do in an old children’s book,
and got so inspired that the ideas simply had to come out!
About 2 ½ years ago I started to carve Tikis from balsa wood, using nothing but scalpel to make them a face.
In the meantime I got myself heavier machines, so I can finally work on really huge logs!
Tiki is simply the best way for me to let my creativity flow!
ics.com. This is his first participation to a Tiki art show. “
