After last years queues for the buffet we have decided to create
a luau style sit down meal. Every table will have elaborate trays
of food to share with one suckling pig per table YUM!!!

Appetizers
Roast Duck Nachos with Asian Guacamole
Salmon lomi Lomi with lime and coconut
Jamaican Chicken skewers with Banana rum sauce
Piri piri prawns with yogurt chilli dip
Five spices beef tidbits
Tuna Poke

Main course
Suckling pig ( 1 pig per table)
Papeete rice
Fish dish to be decided

Dessert
Pina Colada cheese cake
Lillikoi Tart

Don't worry vegetarian's we have you covered as well. Just let us know when you purchase your tickets if you are vegetarian and you will be given a plate of alternative food at your table.

Everyone is guaranteed a seat this year and once you have received you tickets you will be able to book seats with your friends.
